I haven't smoked in years but this just sounds

CIGARETTES could cost more than $20 for a packet of 30 and
come in plain wrapping if radical proposals now under consideration

As a fierce anti-smoking advocate, I must say, "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!" (And I'll be steadily prayin' that the government keeps its hands offa my chocolate!) Forgive me, tobacco enthusiasts, but watchin' my beloved grandmother slowly, agonizingly die from lung cancer while she endlessly begged for a cigarette, even while struggling to breathe in her oxygen tent, told me all I needed to know about tobacco & anyone evil enough to sell it. Quit TODAY, people - if not for yourselves, for those gasping around you, some of whom don't want to stand around your oxygen tent or premature grave....
